the hotel has a good location near the park. i walked to many restaurants and government buildings. the staff helped with check in. the lobby has coffee and baked goods from their bakery.
the room doors do not provide sound proofing. i could hear noise from corridors and other rooms. i heard other rooms clearly. the keypads emit tones when pressing them.

The room was small. It was a bit difficult to manage luggage. it would have been beneficial to have more space, even if it was just a little extra.

the hotel is near shinjuku central park and this was very relaxing. a superb bakery is located inside the hotel offering delicious pastries. i also enjoyed starting my mornings with a treat there. the staff at the reception was efficient.
the rooms are quite small even by standards in japan. the bathroom felt a bit cramped like being in a small boat. this room would be fine for one person but it felt tight for two.
